TV Turnoff Week 2003 April 21-27
I just want to wish everyone have a happy TV Turnoff Week! I am going to be not turning on my TV for the entire week and keeping my computer time to a minimum. I might watch a DVD or two because I don't see cinema quite as evil as cable TV. But not Pan and Scan DVDs that are "formatted to fit your TV". Those are pure evil.

anyway the week after we'll be on vacation, thats about the same thing... only we'll be taping 24, hehehe.

well, i don't watch regular tv, but the dvd is always going w/something...either for me, my darlin' or the kiddies...:) good luck!!!

i never watch much TV anyway. It is just boring to me. I love to watch movies though....and i love beavis and butthead...i dont care if people think its stupid. I am gonna buy the DVD collection because i am a total; dumbass!

How odd... I didn't know that was this week. I was just telling Hubby that the little people need to be watching MUCH less television. Sounds like a good time to cut back. I personally don't watch much televison, just forensic detective crime shows, nothing on comercial television (ick).

well, i was an only child ... so the TV is like the sibling i never had. turning it off for an entire week is like saying goodbye to family. *sniff* *sob*
