Military hamsters capture toy sales Via Seattle Times.com
Plush hamsters dressed in military garb from all four branches of the U.S. armed forces, made by Gemmy Industries, have also been selling rapidly, according to a spot check of stores.
I just don't know what do say. What the hell is wrong with these people!

LMAO!! oooooh, i want the Navy one!! maybe they'll make a Navy Seal hamster...complete w/stealth suit/diving equip.!! hehe...ok, so i'm sick..;)
hehehehe... I like thoes - I want them. Makes me want to get the clothes off the toys and put them on a real hampster. hehehehe.... maybe I can make some camo's for my cats.
I'm going to buy these and reenact Counterstrike with them.
I was at the Walgreens in Ballard yesterday morning, and they had a TON of these.
Yeah, I've seen them all over online and in stores. Their earlier versions of the hamsters have been really cool too.

I'm thinking lots of them end up in care packages. If you're in the Marines and you get a package from Mom with one of these things dressed up like you wedged in between the peanut butter cups and handi-wipes, I'm sure it's strangely heartwarming.
Cool!
I think that these are awsome and patriotic. If you oppose me you should go directly to jail. do not pass go. do not collect $200. :)
$20 says they were made in China.
