The Quotations of Chairman Moby

Commies With Little Red BookMoby has evolved to quite an insightful weblogger and has the potential to possible challenge Wil Wheaton for my favorite famous weblogger. Even though he is often lacking proper capitalization and spelling. But hell that is pretty hypocritical coming from me. I think it would be nifty to make a trite self help book of quotations from his Weblog. I know that would be very Oprah like but it would go a little something like this.

Moby on American Speech.
p.s-i do think that one of my favorite american expressions is 'chill the fuck out'.
it's kind of like saying 'embrace pacifism you asshole.'

Moby on Winter
i'm going to go on my roof and pee and see if the pee freezes before it hits the ground (it won't, i know, but it's a good excuse to pee in the name of scientific empirical research).

Moby about Oil and war in the Persain Gulf
one simple word: ugh.
is something still considered a conspiracy if it's played out right under our noses?

Moby on the Superbowl
i only watched about 20 minutes of it, so i guess that i missed the exciting stuff. but the pre-show with celine dion made my skin crawl.
ugh. it was so creepy. i felt like i was living in 'starship troopers' minus the giant bugs and cool uniforms.

Moby on the Current Administration.
it will be interesting to see what the long term fruits of our national apathy will be, cos so far they've been pretty foul.

Moby on Fark Photoshop contests.
but i did like the photoshop contest a lot, even the derisive, negative entries.
the 'waynes world (moby's world)' entry is probably my current favorite, although it's troubling to me just how much i happen to look like garth.
well, minus the mullet. i want to get a mullet wig.

Moby on Coffee
caffeine. a wonderful legal drug.
now i need to go run around the block a few times.
and maybe build a wall or something.

Its funny...I disagree with Moby on a basic philosophical level on EVERYTHING political because his views are often naive, simplistic and sometimes even borderline childish. BUT I cant bring myself to dislike him at all and the more i listen to his music the more i like it. The other thing is that his humor is disarming....this guy can be really funny.

Eminem sucks. I think he should die and with him all his fans.

ugh another eminem hater. i'd like to see any of you get up there and do what he does. i am not a huge moby fan but i think the guy is good at what he does. i wish he wouldn't sing though. that's not his thing. he can mix well, i dig the stuff he does when he's not singing.

I'm neutral about Eminem - I brought the album (came with a beanie, which is on my Linux penguin), but I don't much of an opinion.

Anyways, what does Moby think about pie?

Moby is a vegan so if you can make a flaky pie crust with out using eggs and milk I think he would like it. I have never baked Soy and Rice milk and I have no clue what you would use instead of eggs in baking if you were vegan.
