Tasty Links for December 14th 2007 Musical Patches Edition
Wow this is getting operatic. Activision that is now the publisher of Guitar Hero 3 is preventing Harmonix the previous developer of Guitar Hero and current developer of Rock Band from releasing a patch for the PS3 version of Rock Band to make it work with the Guitar Hero III guitar. The Xbox 360 version of Rock Band will work with both a Guitar Hero II and Guitar Hero III guitar. Ironically people could be tempted to buy Guitar Hero III just to get a guitar for Rock Band. They way that I look at it once you buy a controller with a game you should be able to use it with whatever game you want.
