First wave of Guitar Hero II songs rock Xbox Live Marketplace
Guitar Hero II song packs now Live, pricey
The first batch of downloadble songs for Guitar Hero II on the Xbox 360 are all originally from Guitar Hero one. They are bundled three in a pack for 500 MS Points so that works out to about $2 a song. There is:
Bark At the Moon: Ozzy Osbourne
Hey You: The Exies
Ace of Spades: Motorhead
Killer Queen: Queen
Take it Off: The Donnas
Frankenstein: The Edgar Winter Group
Higher Ground: The Red Hot Chili Peppers
Infected: Bad Religion
Stellar: Incubus

I hope that they make all the songs from Guitar Hero and Guitar Hero II available in Guitar Hero III. That would super rock.

Update: Xbox 360 lawsuit
I know it sucks to have to send in a broken game system in for repair but hiring a lawyer and filing a lengthy expensive lawsuit against the biggest software company in the world who just happened to beat the rap from the US Justice department does not sound like a wise financial decision.
