Government unveils Energy Hog to promote conservation
You have to be shitting me. Instead of a real energy plan to get us off oil they are wasting money on cartoon pigs.

Damn that is cute. I want the iPod Mini iKitty for Christmas
Apple blames iPod nano screen defects on obese Americans/tight pants
Well I can't say I blame Apple in this case. I have seen the iPod Mini and I doubt it would do to well under 200 pounds of pressure. It is cool that they are recommending an Altoids Gum Tin to keep it safe under pressure.

Altoids tins also work for many other things: Altoids (duh), steel wool and a nine volt battery (for nutty survivalists; be sure to separate/cap off 9V contacts), condoms, dice (for the geeky; it holds a pretty standard range of dice and even sounds like altoids)...
That energy hog is stupid. Its quite funny how now the government is saying to avoid long car trips. Where was that attitude years ago? I guess we like to wait till the last minute and then start talking about conserving.
Well I'll just say that there is room for improvement at the government in responsible energy use.
I could go on for days about our scuicidal energy policy here in the US and a God damn cartoon hog talking about heating oil is not going to cut it.
