Yeh the fact that the Arctic Ice is disappearing freaks me out. How mnay more things have to happen before those in charge "see" that Global Warming is real. So far we have Arctic Ice going away, trees and dirt are starting to emit carbon dioxide, ocean water being heated up and adding to already crazy weather (typhoons, hurricanes, etc.) Im not sure what elese needs to happen before we quit thinking about how being more "eco-freindly" will hurt big businesses pockets. I mean who cares about corporations losing money, whats the point if its gets too hot, animals are dying, disease becomes more prominent, lung cancer gets more frequent.

Lets see people drive theyr suv's and Hummer's now choking and coughing the whole ride to pay $12 bucks a gallon.

Moving the economy off fossil fuels is not going to hurt the economy if we do it before peak oil hits and we start to run out. We are going to see us getting off oil in my life time. We can either do it the easy way on our terms or the hards way.

Dunno if I'd say most DDR freaks have the body mass of a twig. The last time about 20 of us (just old bay area arcade heads) or so had an unofficial gathering in Sunnyvale to play DDR I think only two people were really skinny. (great link though) Hell, I weigh 235 pounds and play four hours a day, eight months of the year. Helps that I'm tall however. Also the last time I saw a group of people playing Pump It Up (not my game) really well they were all huge Asian guys.
