Site-wide Spring Cleaning
Last week I started to clean up the archives of this site starting with the oldest posts and moving towards to the present.
I was checking for unoptimized and redundant image files, dead links, and non valid XHTML. I still have several hundred to go but it is the oldest stuff that is the most offensive in my mind and was done before I got my groove on and standardized the methods to my madness. It looks like I am down to under 50% of my disk space usage already so the site optimization is worth while.
I also went through and updated the links to more accurately portray the sites that I am currently reading.
I took down the ROMs with the exception of Dishonor thy Father : The NES Game. If I am going to get legitimate review copies I can't have R0MZ WAREZ 4 K1DD3Z.
I also created a heading on the main page side bar called Did you know? This is where I will be putting interesting articles and tidbits but these will not be archived so get them while they are hot. I wanted a space where I can post small stuff without having to create a full post.
