Seattle Weblogger Meetup : March 2004
I just got back from the Seattle Weblogger Meetup for this month. It was actually on Saint Patrick's Day so the ferry is full of drunken sailors and miscellaneous revelers making it's way across the Puget Sound on it's way back to Bremerton like a drunk college student trying to stumble his way home from the bar.
In attendance this month were :

and her husband Jack. Anita was interviewed on the radio this week
Richard of Richardsilverstein.com was a new face.
Joe of Rhonabwy.com Sat on the end of the very long table.
Tara of BurningPaper.net had a bad day at work.
Clark of MiscMedia.com brought a prototype advance copy of the new book the wrote. Very cool!
Jeff of Beans for Breakfast had his super cool Treo PDA and a great smile.
Ryan of Ryananderson.com was here for the first time
Phil of Phillustrations.com and a Blog was there but there were no French Meetups this week.
Katie of KatieToft.com came for the first time.
Scott of LazyCoder.com & scottkoon.org Had two sites.
Justin of RadicalCongruency.com and SeattleScience.com is a young middle school teacher.
Karen of Themysterioustraveler.blogspot.comwas a first time attendee.
Mark of Ajarn's SQL Corner was back for more.
Katie of Katietoft.com is a first timer also.
Jacqueline of JacquelinePassey.com was there for the first time but she knew Anita. It was a trip to meet her in person. :)
Rose of Blether.org graced us with her presence once again.
Eric of WiredFool.com kept it real.
Samantha of Gingerlee.blogspot.com was a welcome addition.
Chad was there and knew lots about Seattle and Quicktime VR.
It was a very good turn out and for all of you who skipped out this month were you have a open pass to show up next month. After that we will have to track you down and I can't guarantee your safety. It is super cool to meet like minded teh Interweb nerds like this. I told them I would have this list up by Midnight and I made it with two minutes to go.

didn't realize you were the 8bitjoystick guy - have your site on my safari blog list (short one, includes eclecticism, seetheforest, dunneiv, emphasisadded, emptybottle, jeffcarlson, joelonsoftware, and brainstorms). was fun - should've come to these months ago - lots of different perspectives - what a trooper to take the ferry. hope there wasn't too much heaving from the partygoers.

Do you know how I can add a blog link to my Blogger Meetup profile? I'm listed as richards1052 w. no link. Anyway that I or someone else can change this?

I don't think their system lets you put HTML in the profile. I would just do a link by posting the URL as text
