Review : Terminator 3 : Rise of The Machines
I thought that this movie was crap. It had almost no one from the first two movies and James Cameron was not involved in this movie. The plot sucked and had plot holes that were large enough to drive a tank through. This sequel defiled the cool legacy of the first two movies.
It was cheesy and did not take itself seriously and the bad dialog made me want to retch. The special effects and action scenes did not surpass T2 a movie that was made over a decade ago. Did I mention how cheesy the plot was? If you really liked the first two movies you owe it to yourself to not go see this piece of Hollywood tripe. Do you remember how much the third Batman and Aliens movie sucked? Imagine that times Pi.
The new female Terminator was pretty cool but that was about it.
Did you know that you can go see 28 Days Later or The Matrix Reloaded for the same price as a ticket to T3? Arrrnuld needs to retire really bad. Your money would be better spent watching the first two movies on DVD.
Run! Get Down! It is a Bomb! Get to Da choppa!

T3 was a lot better than I was prepared for. When I first heard about it I thought it would be awful, but I think they did okay considering it would be nearly impossible to top the first two movies. I definitely think it was a better sequel than the two most recent Star Wars movies. Meesa wuv you!

Hmmmm... I think I'll see 28 days later and wait for T3 to hit Blockbuster. I rarely ever go see movies so I'd be super pissed to waste one of my rare movie outing moments on a suck ass movie - like Titanic (I still bitch to hubby about draging me to that). Thanks for the warning.

I haven't seen the first 2 Terminators and even tho it looks good, I'll give it a miss.
Wouldn't mind seeing Matrix Reloaded again tho.

I have no plans to see T3 but 28 Days Later and The Matrix Reloaded were both excellent in my own little opinion.

I knew T3 was gonna suck shit, what do you expect from movies these days?
yes the PLOT was garbage, and they rushed to fast with the arrivel of the Tx and shwartzy. UHHHHHH don't you think the T-1000(T2) put up a much better fight??? I mean the guy was never able to die through explosions, but the TX! who was suppose to be the most durable and advanced machine kept getting it's ass kicked, and it died through AN EXPLOSION IN THE END! WTF KIND OF ADVANCED MACHINE IS THAT!!!!!
this is what happens when you replace a good old creative fashion director like James Cameron.
uhhhh did i forget to say that the movie had a bad plot.......

That was an atomic explosion when Arrrrnulds power cell went super critical. So she had a mini nuke go off in her mouth. That would do it in my book.

Jake, normally I agree with you, but T3 was pretty solid. It achieved what it set out to do (badass action flick) better than both 28 Days Later (zombie flick) and Matrix Reloaded (philosophic thinking-man's action flick). Which isn't to say that it I think T3 was a better movie than either of them. (Although in the case of 28 Days Later... it was.)
