Thanx for the mention. Damn Xbox. My new box has been all good but it's still incredibly loud but I assume that this is the norm.
It's sad to say that I have no faith in this product but I don't and I wouldn't be shocked if me and the red ring of death bumped heads in the future and hopefully not before the 3 year warrenty runs out!
