Actually I just got home from a late dinner at Gandhi's in Silverdale. I had some Mushroom Marsala LV4. It know how ironic it is to name an Indian place after the founder of the country but then again I am in a state named after our first president. I have a Indian cook book who had a rather startling revelation in the preface. The spices of India is one of the main reasons that the land has been invaded and subjugated over history. It was the spices of India that drove Columbus across the Atlantic. But then again he who controls the spice controls the universe.
Yeah, I'd go across the Atlantic for an awsome Chicken curry.... mmmmm...
