PSA : VLC Media Player Kicks Ass for Podcast MP4 Video Files.
These video podcasts are iPod compatible MP4 files using H.264 compression. That is newer than Windows Media 10 and it is a good open cross platform format that will last for quite a while. Both Blu-Ray and HD-DVD use this video compression format. On Windows you can view it in iTunes, Quicktime, a web browser with the Quicktime plug-in, Real and probably Windows Media Player 11 but that is not out yet.
So for you Windows users until Windows Media Player 11 is out I recommend that you use VLC for Windows and other OSes. It is an incredible free open source video player that is down with MP4. It is a kick as media player that is not made by THE MAN. It is the reason why I have not paid 30 bucks for QuickTime Pro.

Yeah, I was using VLC before I upgraded that damn Quicktime. I think I'll go grab it again!
