Open Source Coffee
Kiwi forwarded me a link to a coffee roaster company that makes a brand of Mozilla coffee.
Half the profits of this blend of coffee goes to the Mozilla Foundation to continue to develop the wonderful browser and email programs that I use and recommended.
Now they end up probably getting only 2 bucks out of a 10 buck bag of coffee but it is the thought that counts and at least it is good that they are saying half the profits instead of some groups that say "some profits". I don't see myself ordering some coffee instead of buying my coffee from a local non-Starbucks roaster in the Seattle area. I think Starbucks over roasts and burns their coffee.
The concept of using a caffeinated beverage to promote an open source software package is a stroke of pure brilliance. Next time I buy a bag of fresh roasted beans I will make a 10 buck donation for the best damn browser and email client ever.
I gave the EFF a hundred bucks in the Blogathon and I donated $25 to the latest Howard Dean fund raiser drive.
Now if you will excuse me I have a new Godzilla movie to watch.

I'm planning to format my dads PC for him and am seriously considering installing Mozilla on it.
