Nintendo Entertainment System Games That I Can't Wait to get on the Wii VC.
I just plain love NES games. They don’t take up a lot of space and are a bargain at only 4 bucks on the Wii VC.
They top five are:
1. Kid Dracula
It is a damn shame that this game has only been released in English on the Gameboy. This is a great Super Deformed take on Castlevania and It would be really easy to translate the text into English for a release over here. I have the Famicom game and play it in my Generation NEX but there is a quiz stage that is all done in Japanese. It is a bit tough since my Japanese is not good enough to get past it.
2. Ninja Gaiden II: The Dark Sword of Chaos
Ninja Gaiden was one of the most kick ass action games on the NES.
3. Maniac Mansion
Maniac Mansion is hands down the most fun wacky interactive visual adventure games ever made and they should release the original "Hamster in the Microwave" version.
4. R.C. Pro-Am Racing
This game is so damn fun. It is quick action packed and it has an awesome gameplay factor.
5. Bubble Bobble Part 2
I love Bubble Bobble and the second game is pretty hard to find a cartridge of.

How about Goonies I? There was a Famicom version and it came out on Playchoice-10, but there was never an NES cartridge. A shame. By the way, Kid Dracula on Gameboy is a sequel to the original, which is only on Famicom. I like how you listed Double Dragon 1 & 2 but left out 3. That's cause 3 is doo-doo, just ask the Angry Nintendo Nerd!

There was 2 famicom carts for the Goonies. The second one was released for the NES.
Anyway, like BBQ said, the Kid Dracula is actually a sequel to the Famicom one...
