Mozilla Toolbars for Web Design
I just found out about a really slick ToolBar for Mozilla and Netscape 7 that is chock full of web development tools.
It has
Links to most W3C Specifications
Automated submission to many validation tools
Hide & show style sheets
Apply your own external style sheet
Highlight many HTML elements
Resize Window to specific dimensions for testing
Highlight form information
View page cookies
And if you like that there is
Preferences Toolbar 2
Very slick with lot of custom options including a Kill Flash button.
And my favorite add on
CaScadeS
A CSS style sheet editor for Composer, the HTML editor of Mozilla/Netscape.
One of the best CSS editors I have used and it is free and cross platform.

another good one is LifeHTTPHeaders. It lets you see the HTTP Headers in real time when you visit a website. I've not found a real practical use for it yet, but it's still cool.
