Mad Props to Xbox Repair
A while back after got my Wireless Xbox 360 headset I accidently broke the regular size rubber ear band when I tried our the small size. It was not defective at all and it was sort of my fault for snapping it. This was a stupid idea on my part since I don't have especially small ears.
So I called the Xbox repair line and asked to see if I could buy a new rubber ear band. They said that since my Xbox 360 was still under warrantee (but the headset was only a day old) I could mail in the broken part and they would mail me a new one. So I got a repair number and mailed off the snapped rubber piece in an envelope with two stamps. Fast forward to about a week later and today I got a small package of a completely new wireless headset with a normal and small size ear piece. I would give it to my friend BBQ or have a reader contest to give it away but I only have one USB charging cable between the two headsets.
I never mentioned my blog so I don't think they were trying to get a good post, but they totally just did.
So I would like to say thanks to Xbox repair and It is probably surprising for me give them props but in this case they really deserve it.
