Hope you had a ghoulish Halloween 2007
This year I dressed up as a vampire at the last moment and pulled it off with the help of my girlfriend Kymberly's old renaissance faire clothes. I was not happy with with way that my fake fangs had a massive overbite but it was pretty good for only putting together a costume in two days. She spent all week working on her costume but was stricken with a bad cold and had to stay home this year.
I went over to Seattle and met my friend BBQ and his wife. We had dinner in the International District and stopped by Uwajimaya and Pink Godzilla. All the photos are here. I almost got a copy of Castlevania 3 for the Nintendo Famicom but I can't play that game in my Generation Nex and I have the US version that works fine.
At Books Kinokunyia I found a perfect Halloween gift for Kymberly to make up for the fact that she had to stay home with the candy and kitties. It was a very slick cute Nightmare Before Christmas 2008 day planner with characters from the movie and Japanese holidays written mostly in English.
On the way home I ran into a dude that was the spitting image of Solid Snake from Metal Gear Solid.

That day planner is awesome. You know of anywhere online that sells them? :)

"i bought a famicom game that won't work on my bootleg Famicom" i could have saved you money and sold you a Noneworking copy of Akumajou Denetsu for half the price, you would have gotten the same amount of play time out of it. :P

I'm still struggling to find the day planner online. Could you give me an ISBN number or failing that, can I email you to try and arrange some method of you getting one and I pay you via Paypal?
