Frag 8BitJoystick.com Bounty Contest

I was thinking a healthy and amusing way that Halo fanatics could vent their frustrations about me breaking the story on Bungie and Microsoft's impending divorce was to put a bounty on my head and hold a contest. This would be an amusing therapeutic way of holding me accountable for my crimes against the "Halo Nation" by mentioning a corporate political threat to the "Halo Nation" bigger than the Covenant.

The rules of the contest are simple.

For the rest of the month of October I am going to be playing Halo 3 multiplayer for at least an hour a night. My Xbox Live gamertag is Jake8bitjoystik and I play as an elite in grey armor with the number "J30".

The first person to beat me in a multiplayer match, post a screenshot or film of the kill with all the identifying game text to their Halo 3 file share and then send me an Xbox Live message so I can check it out will be declared the winner. Feel free to add any additional post-mortem humiliation as you see fit. Since Xbox Live is a closed network and screenshots are uploaded directly over the game I don't see any room for monkey business. I will accept all match invite requests until the contest is over.

The winner will receive a mystery gift bag full of Xbox 360 related goodies shipped anywhere in the world. I know that Halo 3 is a worldwide game but keep in mind that I live on the west coast of the US of A (UTC - 8).

Good luck and may the best Spartan win! This could be a good way to spend time until Microsoft officially announces what's going down with the future of Bungie.

Any play mode would work. As long as the screenshot says "Player X killed Jake8bitjoystik".
