For Your Blogging Consideration
The delicious irony of having my blog nominated for the Seattle Metroblogs Blarch Badness on Super Duper Ooper Tuesday is not lost on me so I am humbly asking for your consideration in voting at Seattle Metroblogs for my Seattle PI reader blog Digital Joystick. That is right I am not below campaigning for your vote and running my own "Get Out The Vote" effort.
So I humbly submit some reasons for why you should vote for my blog.
1.I've been blogging about video games for five years now.
2. I put my Xbox Live Gamertag on my site and I am always up for a game of Street Fighter II or Puzzle Fighter.
3. My girlfriend and I have rescued six cats from the pound and it would make the kitties cry if I didn't make it to the next round. Besides my cats have made Kotaku.com and they were made fun of the jerks over at Gamespot on one of their podcasts. That's right my cats have made video game news sites.
4. I first broke the story of Bungie the developers of Halo leaving Microsoft.
5. I scored an interview with a designer of the Xbox on why the Xbox 360 keeps dying and I proved that the source was real.
6. Pink Godzilla Games named me a pimp of the year.
8. I've reviewed both Tofurky and Spam.
9. Articles from my blog has been included in a real printed book about the PSP that you can actually find in stores.
10. I actually read and moderate all my comments
11. I got a dude from the Middle East to help me review Assassian's Creed
12. I have a list of previous decent articles from my site here
