Capcom Cancels 3d Fighting Game?
Continuing on with 2D fighter week, according to a Japanese gaming magazine and Gamespot Capcom has canceled Capcom Fighting All-Stars, it's first 3d fighting game in years. The game was being made on PS2 and arcade hardware and had fighters from Rival Schools, Final Fight, Street Fighter, and Strider.
I talked about this game back here.
I am going to look at the glass as half full and hope they announce new 2d fighting games soon. I hope that Capcom know how much Xbox Live fighting games rule and they announce some new games that live up to their 2d heritage.
Perhaps this is for the best, Street Fighter EX3 sucked.
