August Weblogger Meetup 2003
I just went to the August Weblogger Meetup in Seattle.
This was at the Uptown Espresso on 4th Street. That is a huge place and I see why they have the Howard Dean Meetups for Seattle there. But they have Wifi that you have to buy cards for but the baristas are not educated as how to sell cards for WiFi access. So what is the point. If you charge for Wifi but are not properly equipped to sell it than what is the point?
There was a French Meetup at the same place So I did my best to not make cheese eating surrender monkeys jokes.

All in all it was a fun experience to see everyone again that this time was a bit more structured. The people who attend these always change and there are some who are there every month. It is a lot of fun and if you have a weblog and you live in an area populated enough to have one I seriously suggest that you check it out.
