A: No ,I can't but you can sure read a Walk-through or FAQ about this game over at GameFAQs.com. I have not written any FAQs or Walk-through but there are plenty of people on the net that do a great job of doing that.

From my review of the Sege Genesis Arcade Power Stick Aurred stated

A: Well Retrohub is selling modified Genesis gamepads so they have USB connectors and they are selling a chip set part if you want to modify your own Genesis Arcade Power Stick. So if you are decent with a soldering iron I would give it a shot and then you could use it with emulators on a PC.
In discussing the Nintendo Wii Shawn L stated.

A: I did some online searches and it ends up that Shigeru Miyamoto is left handed and that bodes well for the Wii Game developer kits to hopefully include support for flipping recognition of motions flipped around. I have not played a Wii yet but I hope that they do include left handed support but it is up to software developers. I hope that Nintendo requires a left handed mode support in order to certify their games published on the Wii. If I were left handed I would write Nintendo and get them to go on record and make a commitment. It would be financially stupid of Nintendo to not support a 10% of the game playing audience.
