Planning a "Lite" version of this site that are targeting compatibility over design but is dynamically linked to the main version"s content. I am targeting PDAs, Videogame systems and next gen cell phones with web browsers
I was wrestling with what to actually call it? It is not text only
but is going to be graphics sparse? Lite sort of works but that sounds like lite beer and can be misspelled as "light".
Since I am targeting more than one platform I can"t call it a ""PDA"
version
A "mini" version sounds like it is missing content.
Anyone have any suggestions? What are some standard phrases that
other sites have used?
Also does anyone know of a good text only browser? My ISP doesn"t
offer Unix shell through telnet so I can"t use Lynx or pine. Is there
a stand-alone Win 32 app that can simulate Lynx?

I've used this. It's not a Lynx simulator -- it's the real thing. very good for testing, and you'll never use anything faster!
oh, and you are reading diveintomark on accessibility, yes?
Thanks that is exactly what i was looking for ;)
and No I havent read him. but I will. I have seen it before but have never read him.
